Our award winning kefir is traditional, taking on a smooth, creamy consistency that is perfect for drinking and pouring. Made with our pure 100% pasture fed organic cows’ milk and rid of any stabilisers, thickeners or sweeteners. It is fermented on the farm, using 28 different live cultures. Giving it a luxurious effervescence that is akin to the finest Champagne.
A truly premium product, zingy and filled with immune system boosting bacteria. We make our kefir collaboration with celebrity chef and food activist Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall and his learned team of organic enthusiasts at River Cottage.
