- This promotion is only open to mainland UK residents excluding Highlands and Islands.
- To participate, users must purchase any combination of River Cottage Kefir from the Hollis Mead website in October 2023. Any order that contains one or more flavour of River Cottage Kefir from the Hollis Mead website in October will be automatically entered.
- Only 1 x order per customer will be included in the prize draw.
- The competition will open on 6th Oct 23 and close on 31st Oct 23. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
- One winner will be selected by random from all valid entries after the competition closes; the Promoters decision is final.
- The competition prize will be 1 x author signed copy of the River Cottage Fermentatoon Handbook
- The winner will be picked at random by the Hollis Mead Marketing team in a prize draw from all valid entries received and conducted within 1 working day of the closing date.
- The winner will be notified via the email provided on their order and will have 48 hours from the time of the notification to claim his/her prize by confirming the relevant details required. If the winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
- The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
- All entries must be submitted directly by the entrant. No bulk or third party entries, or those entries not in accordance with entry instructions, will be accepted.
- Hollis Mead accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Hollis Mead reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
- By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
